Dirtiest shop

Hi, I've got a question and a complaint. Our Food *****'s in Mthatha is in BT Ngebs Mall. Is it supposed to be that cluttered? That dirty? Today i ordered a smoothie it in room temperature because its fridge is nearer to a place cooks meat, fish sausage and so forth. Our Food *****'s is not the same as it opened years ago. It's like a ****a shop. We are a laughing stock to our counterparts in East London. Please make it clean. The restaurant be outside a bit. The snack bar is in a secret place. Thank you
