I visited Food *****s, Tokai this morning. Among the things I purchased was 1kg Almonds and 2.5kg Selati Sugar. The Almonds were marked R149.99 and the sugar was marked R35.99. As soon as I got home, I checked my till slip and saw I was charged R199.99 and R45.99 respectively. Day light *******! Next week when I go to do my week's shopping, you can expect me back there returning both these products for my money back. In normal circumstances, I would have got in my car immediately, however in the light of the Lockdown, I will remain obedient to the superior authorities and only leave my house when I need to buy essentials. And of course next week take the opportunity to return these items. Oh, and Food *****s, make sure one can see the prices of the items as they get scanned. In that way I could also have avoided this disgrace.
