During 04 December 2015 we visited this store to buy fresh produce. I deeply regret it and will NEVER visit Food *****s again. Upon weighing some lemons I noticed that the scale was constantly changing the weight and price. It varied from what it should be 915grams to 1.030 kgs. This is a difference of 115 grams. The scale reflected 3 different weights. Upon discussing it with the cashier it seemed from the response from most of the staff that this happens all the time and it is fine and normal. My worst experience was to be confronted by the Manager who was totally arrogant and rude simply because I questioned the irregularity. He refused to explain but acknowledged that the problem existed but he did not think it was a problem as this happens all the time. Not even the courtesy of an apology or an undertaking to have the scales checked or fixed. Be aware that you are being ******. I have made a choice that I dont need to trust them anymore and will not support them. I have the till slip and a picture of the scale reading as proof of this irregularity and ****************.
