Good day

There is a guy at Food *****s Market Fourways at the Butchery, Name tag assistant manger Bester.He asked me to give money upfront then he will be giving me the extra meat via back door.i just want to ask if this is acceptable as a business owner I find it disrespectful and disgusting.
