Customer service nightmare

Food *****s jabulani mall. I won't say they have the worst staff ever because it was only 1 person. She was rude and it was just evident that customer service takes a back seat in that store. I asked for a manager to complain about her and even though she tried nothing was resolved. Some control room person called us to the office where she again refused to apologize. The guy said she must tell her story never even asked for my version said he will apologize on her behalf and I said he did nothing to me I want her to apologize not him. He then said I cannot tell them how to do their job he is the one who will apologize and that's it. I would never recommend that people go there unless you want to be utterly disrespected
