Customer Service is terrible

<p>I am really upset and dissapointed about the way I was treated in the Fourways FLM store. I normally shop at FLM Chilli on Top, but decided to go to FLM Fourways as they had some good specials.</p> <p>I specifically went there as their had chicken on special. I grabbed a bag of 5 chickens and asked the lady behind the butcher counter to cut it for me. She said I needed to pay first. (this never happens at the other FLM). Before going to pay I asked the lady whether they cut and skin the chicken. She said yes they do. So no problem, I go pay for it. I come back to the meat counter and asked the butcher to skin all, cut 4 of the chickens for curry pieces and one for braai pieces. They say no probem. The butcher starts cutting and I notice he is not skinning. So I call him and ask him to skin. he says to me that it will take too long. not knowing what to say as I am so shocked at this, all i say is okay. I later hear the lady telling him that I asked for skinning, and I did not hear his response to her. She seemed surprised that he was not following my request. After waiting a while i get my chicken and all the chicken is cut in braai pieces. no curry pieces. At this point I am tired and I have already paid so i felt I had no choice but to take what I got from the butcher. I am really upset as I feel like I was disrespected. I am not a difficut customer, but every customer deserves a degree of respect, and that includes the way they are treated when they make a request. I did not deserve disregard. I am now sitting with about 7 kg chichen that is not cut and skinned as requested. Yes, I can cut it myself as I am not a lazy person, however I came to your store for a service which I did not get.</p>
