COVID-19 vs Not purchasing our goods

I was at Food *****s Market Jabulani Mall while on my lunch break, I got inside the store the security Thabo wanted to sanatise my hands I explained to him that I already did it when I got out from work he said he will fetch his manager. He did so and there came a lady named Amanda Madikizela she said she was the manager and asked what happened and I explained myself to her and she raised her voice at me and told me not to be rude to her and I will not be assisted at the tills, I'm so frustrated and disappointed at how a so called manager can disrespect me infront of other customers and the attitude she gave was just so rude and inconsiderate telling a customer they can't buy because they didn't sanatise their hands.
