Cooked chicken

I reported cooked chicken that I bought from food *****'s market, Stoneridge edenvale 2 weeks back on their Twitter app, I notified them that the chicken I got around 17h00 that seemed to be very well cooked and very "fresh" gave my family and I bad diarrhea for almost 2 days straight, we even had to get something from the pharmacy - I asked them to find an alertantive way of sort considering chicken is poisonous and there's loadshedding, it could cause many health issues for a whole lot of people. I still haven't received any communication from them or anything of that manner.

I'm convinced they don't care about the health of their customers or any other issues their customers have with the food they sell
