Consistent bad service at Food*****s St Georges Mall.

I regularly support Food *****s as they are situated within walking distance from my work.As of late ive been having multiple cases of bad service,firstly a few weeks ago I was eating a burger that I ordered from them,halfway through the burger I realised the bun was full of mould.I showed the manager and he offered me another Burger which I was fine with but as I got there the next day no one knew what i was talking about when i enquired about my burger and the manager also didnt look phased much either.Then today I waited 30mins for a smoothie and when I got to the front of the line and wanted to place my order,the staff questioned whether or not I was standing in the line this after I waited 30mins,Icould not believe it.On top of that the staff are hardly ever friendly and Im just Not satisfied with the service ive been receiving the past couple of weeks.It is not just me that conplains about this store.I surely hope they step their game up.
