Complaining gets you NOWHERE!!!

Head Office does nothing regarding a problem brought to their attention by me after a long waiting phone call. i got a mail thanking me for bringing my complaint to their attention. Nothing after that and the problem still has NOT been resolved. I live in Nelspruit and subscribed to their mailing list to get their specials for the week to be sent to me. I get a mail showing a couple of item on their National Specials. Then I scroll down to see the specials for Nelspruit.....................NOTHING except directions of how to get there. I have told them they are wasting their time if there is nothing for Nelspruit. If it wasn't for a Lady by the name of Helen in the Nelspruit Store i would be in the dark totally. Why get people to subscribe for " 0" products in your area???
