I am specifically referring to the Knysna branch. I feel I have to congratulate the staff on their manner. I have looked for something specific more than once and every time the staff were more than willing to take me to the aisle where the product is. Even staff who were busy packing shelves, left everything to assist me. I truly feel I have to praise the staff and the manager at this particular branch.
