Combo of horrible service!

Today I went to food *****s market to buy some fruits within a R100 budget and when I got there my attention was caught by a combo advertised; nectarine,plums,yellow peaches,red g****s and green g****s.

I thought what a bargain but I dont eat red g****s therefor took two green instead.when I reached teller number Ntombi,I was meet with serious attitude and it got worse when she refused to facilitate my purchase just because I requested the two green instead of green and red in the combo.

The manager was called,Basiami Mashoba,whom I was told is the one that auctioned the combo.On their way to calling him I over heard they would call specifically him as he is able to deal with "stubborn" customers.

As he walked towards me,the attitude was all over his face and I experienced it as he told me it's impossible to sell the combo with two green g****s and if I have a problem with that I can either contact head office or buy individually in the rudest manner ever.

Honestly the service received at food *****s leaves much to be desired,and as a student leader at the NWU Mafikeng I believe I must communicate this to the student population,whom form the biggest customer block for the business.
