Collect a sticker - Me thinks not!

<p>What a crock Food *****s. I was given a form and stickers from Gillitts service station and told that customers could collect stickers at all partners of Food *****s in order to collect a series of fluffy toys... for R30.00 x 50 = R1500.00 or R30.00 x 30 and a co payment of R29.00 =R929.00 when in fact on the leaflet you could purchase one for R89.00! Anyhow, my daughter aged 16... decided she wanted a Blueberry and a Mushroom since we shopped there anyway.</p> <p>So in Hillcrest Food *****s, I notice a difference in the stickers, the teller says I can use them on the same sheet. The manager (a large Indian gent) confirms this, after I asked 3 x. </p> <p>This saturday, we are back to shop. I get to the till, I need 10 stickers (R300.00) My shopping is R690ish and now the argument begins. NO I CANT use their stickers I need a new sheet! I call the manger (Indian gent) who confirms I can use them.... and Indian Lady (not sure what she is) stands her ground and says NO I cant!</p> <p>I was so furious about a stupid ****** fluffy toy - that I tore up the sheet with the stickers I already had and told them to stick their stupid toys and loose a customer.</p> <p>NEVER again with I support Food *****s, Hillcrest or ***ies Hill or Gillits as your marketing clearly is not done correctly as your **** has no clue what the elbow is doing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>Get it right for goodness sake........ why not embarress every customer who wants the stupid thing. Thank goodness my child is 16 and understands marketing and poor service. If the child had been younger expecting now to get a toy.... Hmmmmm</p> <p>NOT impressed with you guys at all. Too many shops to stand at a till and be told that I am wrong when clearly the manager is telling me I am right...................... </p>
