Clueless Promotions

I was at Food *****s Willowbridge yesterday. I had gone to get sushi for the sushi special that they usually have, but they were sold out. I saw that they had a special on soup where it said "Any 2 soups for R130" for 600g soups. So I took 6 expecting it to come to R390 in total. I got to the till and the discount didn't apply. I asked the cashier why I was now paying close to R500 for the soups and she pulled up the promotion pamphlet that said R130 for soups, R150 for gourmet soups. There was no mention of gourmet soup on the shelf and also the word gourmet was nowhere on the label. She called over the supervisor who seemed just and clueless and proceeded to scan each soup twice to see how discounts were being app****. At this point I left instead of wasting my time trying to figure this out. How does it happen that they went the entire day without addressing it and when I get there about 6pm they are still clueless?
