clueless cashier

on monday the 16th of February 2015 i visited hillfox food *****s market to do some shopping. i noticed as i was going to pay that the store has a restaurant where people can sit and have lunch. when i was at the cashiers i asked the lady who was helping about the restaurant, she told me that she knows nothing about the restaurant and that she only works at the tills. she told me i must go back and found out myself. i then asked her whether the restaurant was part of the store or not...she just ignored me. she wqs not wearing a name tag, so i didnt get her name but still remember how she looked.<br> <br> i find this behavior of the staff very disappointing and i wouldn't want to shop at the store were customers are not respected. this type of behavior shows that management is not training their staff about customer services and cross functionality.
