Chocolate with living worms

Food *****s Umhlanga crescent sold me a chocolate with worms living. And just offered me a refund . The worms were still alive and moving . The manager had poor service and his staff kept speaking on his behalf. I then had a black out in-store with no assist from the staff nor manager. My colleague's had to come and get me from the store because i work in the same mall
