Cheese combo dissapointment

i went to food ***** market to buy some stuff for the weekend. we bought a cheese combo pack that I wanted to use for the weekday meals. Sunday afternoon I decided to make me a grilled cheese sandwich and I opened the mozzarella in the pack. I cut me a piece and I tasted it as I love mozzarella. the cheese had a sour taste and didn't taste like ordinary mozzarella. I then used it anyways as I thought it is me mistaking myself. the next cheese that I opened was white cheddar that I grated over the Monday nights dinner. the white cheddar had no taste at all and was a disappointment again. I then later used the block of gouda and when I took it out the pack and turned it around there was green mould everywhere. I then went back to food *****s market park meadows and I told them about the cheese and demanded that I speak to the manager that deals with the cheese they then told me she is on her way to me and after 20 min I walked and asked for a store manager so the one guy said he can help me and then took me to the same lady I told about the cheese. their response was after everything is that they will notify the supplier who supply's the cheese to them.
