Charging Incorrectly
Firstly i was incorrectly informed of the prices of the Okra. Secondly i was charged for items like onions and chillies which i actually did not purchase. Thirdly i bought 25 litres of water which tastes worse than tap water. I bought rice which was supposed to be R32.99 but you charged me R39.99. Will certainly Not be purchasing in your store in a hurry again. Your staff dont know the codes and prices of the items. I suggest you send them for training.Regards
