Cellphone Theft - Hotspot

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Food *****’s Market. This store has clearly become a hotspot for cellphone theft. My phone was ****** while shopping (out of my coat's pocket), and unfortunately, the staff and management were not very helpful or supportive during the incident. There seems to be little to no security in place to prevent such crimes, and no real sense of accountability or assistance once it happens. Shoppers deserve to feel safe and protected, but instead you are left vulnerable and alone to deal with the loss. Food *****’s Market in Somerset West urgently needs to step up their in-store security measures and train staff to handle these situations with care and efficiency. Until then, customers should be aware and extra cautious when visiting Food *****s Somerset West.
