Cashier shouting at me as a customer

went to food *****s as per usual around 12:30 and bought food. There is normally a till that assist staff members and pensioners and people who have like your 1 item Well the ladies always help me and don’t complain as I work in the building Today when I got there I was shouted at and embarrassed by a till operator telling me I must go to the queue everyone is at work I said ok I will go tomorrow since I’m here can you please assist then from today I will start going to the main queue she went in screaming saying no I won’t help you go to the queue And called another customer asking her if she isn’t also at work I left and went to the queue only to be called again to her till which means there was no one else to assist I was the only one The humiliation ritual I went through as a customer is unacceptable I am a customer and should be addressed with respect just like all other customers When I asked for her name she screamed supervisor you see this girl imagine a whole me 33 year old being addressed like that no no no
