CASHIER SHORTAGE AT FOOD *****S MARKET, WOODLANDS BOULEVARD

I'm writing about Food *****s Market, Woodlands Boulevard, specifically, since it's the only branch I frequent regularly. Since about 2 years ago or less, it's become a queuing nightmare, as they seem to have retrenched most of their cashiers. This morning at 10am there was only ONE cashier on duty (which is a common occurrence), whereas there are 22 pay points. The average number of cashiers even during peak hours, weekends and end of month, range mostly between 4-6; sometimes maybe 8. Whereas I used to shop there on a daily basis, specials or not, for about 6 years, I now only go when their specials are REALLY to good to give up. I have complained to the manager about a year ago, to no avail.
