Cashier Refusing to Assist me at the tills of Jabulani Mall Food *****s Market

I went to Jabulani Mall food *****s 2 weeks ago to buy some items. The que was long, a cashier by the name of Ayanda Mkhize called me to her till. When I got there she started counting money and she did not advise me about it. I got frustrated and asked if she is counting money, when she said yes I rep**** by saying ****. She started yelling at me, telling me how **** does not enter in this matter. Her collegues came around to calm her down. When she was done shouting, she yelled out next to another customer and pushed my items that I was paying to the side. The cashier refused to assist me. When I asked for a manager they told me the manager is not available. One of the food *****s staff member came to the front, took my items and made arrangement for another cashier to assist me. I reported this to the store, they advised that they would come back to me however it’s been 2 weeks and no respond from the shop. This was vey disappointing as there is no discipline from the management team of Jabulani Mall Food *****s Market.
