Cant finish shopping after store closes

On Thursday 20 June I arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing time as I was late after a dentist appointment. I was not feeling well. At 19h05 I was trying to select cheese which was packed away in a trolley before closing time at 19h00 and was told by staff to get out of the store. This is unacceptable.
