Can the store monitor their cashiers.

Good day, I'm so very disturbed by the poor service from Food *****s Market in Hillfox. I was in the queue for less items but I spent over 30 minutes waiting as cashiers were assisting themselves instead of us as customers. The other lady also tried to speak with the cashiers regarding the poor service delivery but it was as if the lady never said anything, after she left they laughed at her and continued with assisting one another while I was still waiting with the other customer as well. I'm a customer as I don't live far from where the store is but after what happened I wouldn't wanna shop there ever again.
