Buying on Credit on your Budget Account?

Hi there<br> <br> A big Store like Food *****'s Market cannot process goods on a Credit Card on Budget. A most humiliating experience at the till when trying to pay for my Goods as the option is not available and I had over enough funds for the Goods on Budget. I also need to pay a declined fee to my bank.<br> <br> Most disappointed and humiliated. Had almost R700 worth of Goods and could only take R405 based on cash in my wallet.
