Butcher, Lieing and wasting my time
Hi I would like to commend you on a great store however your Butchery in Fourways is severely letting you down and I hope you can assist me. I have walked in and ordered 10kgs of product 5 times now. I order they tell me the order will be ready and I should come in on a day and when I arrive no order. They have **** to me and wasted my time. Could you please refer me to one of your better run butchers.

30 Sept 2019, 12:50- Hi I would like to thank you for your assistance.
- The owner or senior manager did call me and was apologetic and I was happy to remove the comment . He promised me that He would have my order sorted by Sunday and that I should pop in and collect. Unfortunately when I followed these instructions I arrived to find my order not ready with no notification for the 6th time, He then denied making that promise and putting the blame on me. I was **** to or ignored again this is extremely disrespectful and will not be returning to your store if possible. This is a pitty as I was a loyal customer for many years spending about 35000 to 40000 of my groceries spend a year. In all fairness you have a great store and the Butchers Product is great , His staff are polite and he is actually a good guy so fighting with him is not great. My complaint is mearly on false promises and wasting my time. Rather just tell me you cant help than send on a wild goose chase. I hope he learns from this experiance.
