Broken trust: sold old food

Over a week ago I bought a combo deal of grilled chicken, 6 rolls and salad, when I opened it at home, the chicken was like biltong and the rolls like rusks, the salad was the only edible part, my biggest issue here was I contacted "Food *****s" via their website and it has been over a week and they did not acknowledge or attempt to correct this, I believe the Food *****s at gateway plaza knew what they were selling and this is despicable from such a group, I will make sure I never buy anything from food *****s that is in a brown bag that can not be inspected before buying, the trust has been broken.
