Bottles are not to be taken back to FLM Liquor

Hi, I would like to inform you about the bad service im getting at Food *****s Liquor in Parklands Sandown Road. I buy alot buy them as it is very convenient the staff is nice, but whenever i want to take my bottles back because my yard gets packed the lady manager keeps telling me to come on a Wednesday when the truck comes, then when i come on a Wednesday she tells me the truck is gone or i must wait till truck come. Why must i wait i buy and support your shop not like im hussling there. I support and buy often there the staff knows me even at food *****s Market my family do all our shopping there and everyone knows us. When i call the manager to ask why she didnt take the bottles she then tells me they dont have space, but the bottles was taken on a Wednesday before 10:am then i tell her you not right and i will lay a complain, she then puts phone off in my ear. Am i a nothing or what, if this is how food *****s managers treat customers im done with them and will make aure my family also find another shop. So they want to sell you beer but you not allowed to take your bottles and they a liquor store wow.
