Biltong only good for 3 days then goes bad

According to the butcher at Long Beach Mall their biltong is only made to last 3 days before going bad. Their head office doesn't see anything wrong with this as they don't react to my complaint.<br> The moral of the story - don't buy biltong or any other meat from Food*****s Market
