Its remarkable, my email was sent to five (5 ) different departments at Food *****s and Nagiahs and NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON FOUND THE NEED TO RESPOND. No one has clue about customer service !

We’ve bought it on 3 occasions and raved about at first but the quality of the marinade purchased last week as opposed to 3 weeks ago is day and night . Finding the marinade has lost its strong delicious taste and is very watery and does not even penetrate the chicken meat .

It is clear to us as intelligent people with basic common sense that your Company is cutting on the cost of the marinade by watering down the process and thereby cutting down the quality as well .
