Bad treatment from Food *****s Westgate

Good day all

I would like to lay a formal complaint for the Security personnel working at Food *****s market Westgate mall.

I was approached by a female officer working at the store (exit door) she wanted to search my bag and I simply asked why because I always walked in with my laptop bag and there is no one that searches it when I leave the shop,she then called her colleague saying this guy doesn't want to be searched

Then the other Security personnel wanted to block my way to search by force, as I was talking to him outside the shop there was another customer with a bag she was not searched.

The third Security personnel said to me if I don't want to be searched I would not shop at Food *****s Westgate anymore.

I contacted the shop as I was leaving the mall spoke to the manager asked for the writen down apology he said that he is not the owner of the Security company and he will let the security company call me.

In a nutshell we are not treated with dignity as paying customers at that shop and they are taking chances as we are black customers there
