Bad till system - New redruth mall

Today I spent the longest time at the till probably 30 good minutes of my time because the till was not recognizing the specials. The very patient and helpful lady who was assisting me (Flora) kept apologizing for the inconvenience. I honestly was not upset at her since it was a system error. My 2 stars is for the business that failed to help her sort out the problem. For that I am going back to Apple tree where I get great deals, excellent service and systems that actually work.
