Bad service & Unfriendly Service

Good day I want to file a complaint of bad and unfriendly service. I posted a post here a few days back about Food*****s Market in Middelburg Mpumalanga bad service. I received a call from the butchery manager after I put the post on and he said he is not very happy with everything I said on the post. Once again he raised his voice and started shouting at me and he said I have no right to make the business bad on a media platform. I told him that I as the client have the right to address bad service. He kept screaming and did not want to listen to what I had to say and so I put the phone down.

He could have just politely apologized for the terrible service I have experienced and assured me that it won't happen again.

Clearly, they do not care about customer service and losing customers.

A person who can not treat customers right should not be in a position of manager or any other work where they serve a customer.

I find my experience horrifying and really feel the head of office should address this.
