Bad service - Rotten Swiss rolls and banana bread

I would rate Food *****s a 0 if I could

The poor customer and Manger etiquette is 0, after expressing our complaints with rotten Swiss rolls that had to be use for my ceremony the Manger said he doesn't know why the food was rotten and didn't care abou3our inconvenience and travelling expenses and further expressed that irregardless of the bad services complaints they are receiving they are still flourishing. I am honestly appalled at his response to us, his Name is Richard Mshweshwe..
