Bad service Comaro crossing food*****s

I went today to buy a R69 combo with the 1/4 water melon and when I got there I ask sorry where can I get the watermelon and the security says outside I go outside and the lady who is cutting says to me it's finishing and she takes her chair and leave so I asked so if the watermelon is finish then the combo cannot be sold she just looked at me and walked away. Is this really the service food*****s Comaro is giving its customers and this is not the first time and try and look for the store manager he or she is always no where to be found
