Bad service at Fruit *****s Roeland Street CPT

Hi for days I visited the Roeland Street Store for specials I wanted to buy. I also called and spoke to Nazeerah and Chris. Chris advised me that when ever I visit the store I can buy the stuff at the advertised price. When I went to the store he refused and could not remember my call but Nazeerah recalled she handed the phone to him when I called. I spoke to a lady Lee-Ann and advised Dimitri said no they can offer me R100 voucher after lockdown. I requested that Dimitri must call me and he refused to and **** on FB to say that the matter has been resolved and I refused the R100 voucher. I never refused it I said please ask Dimitri to call me because I need the stuff now anf not after lockdown. I am very disappointed as I am a regular customer at Roeland Street and live 10 minutes from the store. The only person I spoke to was a very nice lady Lee Ann. I feel if I was white Dimitri would have called me. I will make sure that the newspaper will get this story especially during this sad time in SA.
