Bad service arrogant manager very insensitive too

I bought chicken at food *****s New Market Mall, the chicken was rotten and it was marinated for the Tuesday special. I went the following day to lay a complaint but the manager was so arrogant and so rude. That time the same chicken nearly gave us food poisoning. Had servere diaharrea, how the matter was handled was very unimpressive. To think chicken can actually do serious damages to somebody's life but the seem not to be bothered. The managed just said I should be refunded and he didn't even apologize or even acknowledge my presence in his store.
