Bad service and customer care

My jeans were torn by a sharp medal on the wooden square basket in the shop as I was trying to pick fruits, I was scratched also and went to report immediately then safety hazard in the shop. Since 2019 Dec and 2020 Feb I was told they still waiting to hear from their insurance till today no formal apology nothing was ever done. I had to replace my jeans and move on.. Very bad customer service
