Bad service and bad attitude from staff

I believe Food *****s Market is too proud of itself and no longer values its customers. Could it be because they believe they have arrived? I've had a bad experience with their store in Nicolway, Bryanston. The customer service at that store is atrocious, and the way customers are treated is both disturbing and disgusting. The service provided to customers is not the same - the store provides two levels of service. The attitude of their employees is abhorrent. I'm disgusted with that store and the inept employees who work there. Very disappointed!!
