Bad service and bad attitude from staff

Today my wife and I experience the most horrible service at Food *****s Market at Nicolway, Bryanston. The staff there has bad service and bad attitude towards customers, and this is mostly so towards black customers, which I find very concerning and disturbing. All we needed was to be serviced, but the staff passes you as if you are invisible and you wait as they give other customers who came after you first preferences. If Food *****s Market at Nicolway offers double standards service to customers, which we have never experienced at any of their stores, they may as well put it up so that we know that the store doesn't service certain customers, or rather, give secondary service to certain customers. We couldn't even get the food we wanted because of the sickening attitude from their staff. The staff that store has hired is useless and know nothing about customer service. Food *****s Market must review their policies on staff hiring because what they have there is nonsense - the staff there need serious customer service training. I never thought I'd experience such disgusting and terrible service at Food *****s Market given how their stores master customer service. Their Nicolway store must be bewitched or the Management there is sleeping and not doing their work. So disappointed!!
