Bad service and attitude

Food *****s Market had special on 400gr Cheese for R20 about 2 weeks ago. I went to Food *****s Market Brackenfell and they had no stock. I was told to put my name and contact no on list and they would contact me when stocks arrive. I went a week later to enquire and they said they were still waiting for stock. I asked for a manager(forgot to remember his name) and he said they would contact me and they are extending the special to 18 March. I said to him what good is it extending if you have no stock. When I said I should report them he said I can do what I want to. To date now 3 weeks later nobody contacted me.
