Bad service again

You know I wish once I could come here and give a good review seriously, but how can one when all you do is be disappointed by the service, the last time I was on here writing a review a manager by the name of Oscar called me and said oh his so sorry for what happened and the next time I must contact him and than he will assist me to make up for the last time, so I have been calling food *****s market lenasia for the past 3 days left over 16 messages for Oscar to call me back and still nothing, I get told oh he will be in later than I call again oh his off today, you cant tell me that people are so *********** that no one gave him the message, let's see now if he will respond, honestly something needs to be done to upgrade the service at the lenasia food *****s, I went a few times to the hillfox food *****s and man what a difference its like you go to another country the way they do helpful there.
