Bad service.

It was on 1/4/2021 around 14H30 while we were at Food *****s Rustenburg platinum square we were about to pay at till 13 when a security guard came to accuse us that my daughter stole energy drink and after arguing we were taken to the cameras but when we arrive there we were denied entry to watch footage and when the guard came back he said no it was a mistake after the embarrassing moment and humiliation we went through,then we asked for the manager then the supervisor refused us that and he went alone to the manager,we don't know what they discussed but when he came back he said the manager doesn't want to see us and that we must pay for our groceries or leave.My kid is still traumatized by that incident and the store doesn't worry because maybe we are black customers. The reason that also the manager didn't want to come to us to atleast solve this also is a worrying factor all becausevof false accusations to a black family. I am not happy with Food *****s Rustenburg Platinum square at all.
