Bad service

Good day. Food *****s Market Lenasia. I have been to the lenasia trade route on the 15/16th June 2021 to purchase I have seen on the paper had specials on. When I approached the United Butchery that is situated inside food *****s to purchase mince that was on special for R50 per kg. The service was so disgusting and totally shocking. I waited 15 minutes to be assisted. An elderly Indian gentleman was on the other side on the meat counter looked at me continued sorting out meat into trays on far end a black African lady and a black African gentleman busy slicing meat. There was no other customers but me waiting to be served. After a while I said sorry can someone please help me. After 5 minutes the black African gentleman came to assist me I asked him for 2kg mince that on special he looked into the tray and showed me a little mince in the tray. So I said I needed 2kg because it's on special. He only went at that time to get the meat into mince. He himself did not know it was on special. So I asked why was got assisted after waiting for so long and I have to report bad service to the manager. He said go and report its fine and he said it with a very rude attitude. Then I went to get ****tail sausage rolls that was also on special the bakery did not have it Available because its not for the lenasia trade route store. So I asked ths lady why because it's on the paper. She said because that store does not sell pork. But I never asked for pork and by this time I was so upset and I honestly wanted to see the manger to tell him about thd bad service at the store. So I went to a cashier, her name is Lindiwe and asked to speak to the manager. Her attitude was just as bad. So she Said that he's coming now. Then I asked her if I can get the paper that has the specials on. My word she raised her voice asking me (WHAT PAPER) this she did in front of other customers. Then the manager by the name of Paul came to me. I explained the bad service. However he did assist me. He was so humble to me. He had excellent management skills. But I must bring to the attention of a manager at the head office to honestly look into this store and the behaviors of staff members. Some Staff are always not helpful. This is an ongoing attitude. As for the butchery there is always problems because what advertised on the papers or tv is never available in that butchery. This has been going on for years now. Food *****s lenasia is not a store to shop at. Bad experiences
