Bad service

Good day I want to file a complaint about bad service. I am very dissatisfied with the service and customer service at Food*****s Middelburg Mpumalanga. I have ordered meat products (petmince) from Food*****s Middelburg several times because there was nothing on the shelf and when I arrived at the butchery department the next day to collect my order the staff said I was too late to pick up the products and they had to sell the products to cover loss of income, this after I have arranged what time I will be there to collect it. I received a call from the owner/manager of the store who said he is sorry to hear about our experience of bad service but can't do anything about it. He yelled at me and said we may not accuse him of bad service after I mentioned that I was going to take things further. I told him nicely I am the client and I have the right to address my case if I want and then he put the phone down in my ear. It's very unacceptable and sad to experience how badly a client is treated and something needs to be done about it, after all, I am not the only person who has received bad service from the branch.
