Bad service

I've had the worst experience ever we stood in a queue for about 10 min waiting for the teller to assist us, upon scanning our items the controller (Kholofelo) closed the store and all transactions were subsequently stopped. We were told to wait for the system to open for an hour, mind you, this was at 7pm and we couldn't go back home without the goods we wanted to buy. We spent an hour waiting for the the system to reboot before we can even pay.

The teller (Amukelani) was rather very rude and very dismissive she was to an extent telling us to leave when we traveled 30km to get here. I am not pleased with the service we've received and am skeptical if I should be coming to visit this store again.

I recommend the staff be up skilled on customer care, internal systems and professionalism.
