Bad service

I wanted to purchase fresh ham from the deli at Food*****s market Nicolway on Sunday. There were 3 staff members working in the deli and they all looked at me on multiple occasions but wouldn't walk my way to help me. After a few minutes I had to ask someone to help me. Then the ham I wanted had to be cut from a new package. The staff member didn't want to open the package and wanted me to buy something else. I had to insist that she open it after which she walked over to the cutting machine extremely slowly. At this point I thought that it shouldn't be this hard to buy a piece of ham and cancelled my request. I then went to a cashier and asked to see the manager and after more than 5 minutes of waiting, the manager did not arrive. I've never had such a lack of service at other stores. I walked over to woolworths instead and had the complete opposite experience! Food *****s can learn a lot from the type of service provided by woolworths staff.
