Bad Service

i went to food *****s as it was my lunch which is only for 1 hour, went to the food department, put in a order for a burger and chips whereby upon my arrival there was a lady before me who had ordered two of the same order as mentioned above, which means i was next, the lady who was helping and took the order requested Cleo who works there as well to continue assisting us, i had waited for almost 20 minutes and two guys came after me and the order was given to them, when i asked why she gave order to those guys she gave me an attitude, said she did not know who came first, a a customer i did say I'm next and yet she gave order away, not apologizing, shouting and saying she didn't know and i feel it was unprofessional, all i needed was an apology which would have avoided a lot of unnecessary shouting, she felt she was right and i requested the manager to bring to his attention as to how i was treated and he did not come to assist me
