Bad Service

On Thursday 20th December 2018 I went to Klerksdorp Food *****s to shop some Fruits and Vegetables after paying I walked to my car as I exit the shop my peaches fell from the trolley/box and rolled all over the parking lot beneath cars and some rolled into dirty water since it was raining day before, I reported the matter to the store manager. Her response was she can't help me I have to pick them up since I'm not inside her shop. I was assisted by a Car guard to pick them up. I must say This is the worst/Bad Customer service I have ever received in my entire life. When you're a Leader Lead by example. Food *****s Market Klerksdorp please take your employees for Customer Service Course. FOOD *****S MARKET is not a ****a but a world class Supermarket ? a Brand. Don't let one tomato ? rotten others or dent the image of your Brand. Thanks to the Car guard For Good Customer Service.
