Bad Service

<p>I was at Food *****s Market at Cradle Stone Mall on Tuesday, 23/08/2016, wanted to buy the freshly made doughnuts, so at 08:45 I asked the lady in the bakery what time they start baking the doughnuts and she said 09:00. Thought it's only 15 minutes, so I waited. Saw the lady carrying on with her other tasks and then just after 09:00 she poured fat into the doughnut maker. I still waited patiently. At about 09:25, I just couldn't hang around anymore and when I asked her why she hasn't started, she said she had to wait for the oil to heat up before she can start, to which I told her that she said she will start baking at 09:00 and it is now 09:25 - I watched this lady attend to other errands AND customers not doing anything to get the doughnuts started!!! I went to the cashiers and asked for the manager, but he wasn't there, so I was attended to by a lady who was the groceries manager. When I told her the story she just nodded, agreed with me and apologised - no effort to rectify the situation. She didn't even offer to go and check on the progress, NOTHING. I was completely dumbstruck at this, so I just left the store feeling completely dissapointed.</p>
